I am developing my concept of an app that will enable us to organise our digital lives natively and effortlessly. It is based on the principles of how our brains work.

Since I can't yet create my own app, I try to make the best use of existing ones and customise them according to the concept.

The basics: note-taking should be effortless, take no more than a minute, be convenient, and be fully customisable to our brain's basic mechanisms and each person's individual patterns

Notion allows me to work with databases, which is at the core of the mechanics of building any application. So I decided to try such a tool in order to derive the most convenient process for organising tasks and projects.

Notion isn’t a task management tool but you can use it like one. It offers more possibilities in the visual presentation of tasks. In the to do list, the weekly schedule can only be viewed as a list, while here you can set up 4 different views and sort tasks according to any parameters.
